Warranty Agreement
This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the product manufactured by Growspectra in a period of 5 years, starting from the date of delivery. Manufacturer warrants that all LED grow lighting products provided will be new and in best functioning condition. If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty, we will replace it with new one as described in below details.
Details:
1. In first two years of warranty period, if products are proved to be defective, Growspectra will compensate new accessories or products to customers, and cover the shipping cost.
2. In last three years of warranty period, if products are proved to be defective, Growspectra will compensate new accessories or products to customers, and shipping cost will be shared by two parties.
Exclusions:
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse (this includes mechanical shocks), unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning or natural disasters.
Limits of Liability:
Should the product(s) fail, your sole recourse shall be replacement of the defect parts or product(s), as described above. Growspectra will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages that result from the failure of this product(s).
